The training is online-based and starts with three months of mentorship followed by six months of education with live teaching in three modules, each consisting of two full days and 90-minute sessions every other week. The structure is based on a combination of science, in-depth knowledge, energy medicine, transformative coaching, commitments, and action.
You receive knowledge, tools, and support - so that you maintain momentum throughout the process and shift from old programming to a new paradigm that enables your visions. You have access to an accountability partner in the group during the process, and between the moduls we meet live in the group every other week.

Practical information
The training consists of approximately 90 hours of live online teaching, in addition to studies (literature, meditations), and personal work in everyday life to apply the knowledge.
The training includes three months of mentorship, three online modules, and eight live meetings, as well as support during the processes.
- Three months of mentorship 1-1 with in-depth transformative coaching, individually tailored for optimal development based on needs and desires.
- Three online modules, each lasting two days (from 9 am to 5 pm).
- Eight 90-minute live meetings between the modules.
Application is open for the next start in spring 2024.

Diploma: Feminine Leader After completing the training, including approved presentations of the educational process, you will receive the diploma "Future Feminine Leader."
Become a Feminine Leadership Developer After receiving the diploma from the completed "Future Feminine Leader" training, it is possible to enroll in an advanced year to become a Feminine Leadership Developer. The structure of the advanced year is tailored based on existing experiences, competencies, and current education level and also includes individual coaching.

My name is Lina Lanestrand, and I lead the education. I am dedicated to the feminine life path and am currently in a powerful, deep inner journey myself.
I am a behavioral scientist, therapist, and teacher in energy medicine, transformative coaching, and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) master practitioner, as well as a breathing- and mindfulness instructor.
